Order Status
Where can I check the status of my order?
  You will receive an order acknowledgement immediately following submission. Please print a copy for your records. Click the "My Account" tab on the top right of our site. Click “Review Orders / Track Packages” to check the status of your order(s).
How do I change quantities or cancel items in my order?
  Click the "My Account" tab on the top right of our site.
Click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order.

Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable and you will need to contact our Customer Care.
How will I know when my order has shipped?
  Within 24-48 hours of shipment, you will receive an automated email message containing the ship tracking number(s) for packages delivered by UPS or FedEx.
How do I track delivery of my order?
  Please contact the shipper with the tracking number you received from us via email to confirm whether your packages were delivered.
